You will play a key role in creating positive experiences for our visitors from the moment of reservation through check\-in. **✅ Responsibilities:** Answer telephone calls, e\-mails, and guest messages to process and confirm reservations. Use reservation systems to enter, modify, and cancel reservations, ensuring information accuracy. Provide detailed information about accommodations, rates, promotional packages, and additional resort services. Assist guests with special requests and preferences, such as room types and special needs. Efficiently and courteously manage and resolve issues or complaints related to reservations. Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met before and during their stay. Monitor and update reservation statuses to maximize occupancy and optimize revenue. Maintain accurate and detailed records of reservations and guest interactions. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; a bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in resort or hospitality environments. Ability to operate reservation systems and hotel management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and pressure-filled environment. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
