Interface with stakeholders and resolve routine blockers We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented **Project Analyst** to work on the front line of our implementations. You will be the engine that keeps the project moving day-to-day, ensuring technical tasks are executed accurately and stakeholder relationships flow transparently. In this role, you will not only implement a solution but also play a pivotal role in evolving our product, bringing real-world field insights directly to the development team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Daily Operationalization:** Manage and execute technical and administrative tasks within the implementation schedule, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. * **Stakeholder Interface:** Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about progress and resolving routine blockers. * **Project Support and Assistance:** Address demands arising during the implementation phase, ensuring end-user satisfaction with the tool. * **Product Collaboration:** Identify platform improvement opportunities based on actual client usage and actively collaborate with the Product team to prioritize enhancements. * **Documentation and Processes:** Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure technical configurations comply with established standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in project management or analysis, preferably in software (SaaS) implementation. * Ability to translate business needs into technical or functional requirements. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. * A "hands-on" profile, with ease in learning new tools and handling technical configurations. * Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Logistics Knowledge:** Familiarity with supply chain, transportation, or inventory management processes. * **Tax Knowledge:** Basic understanding of tax regulations, invoice issuance, or tax obligations (essential for correct platform configuration). * Experience with agile methodologies or management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, etc.). ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Friday Free, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Conexa Saúde, Birthday Day Off, Wellhub — formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Development
