Job Summary: This position offers the opportunity to work on IT infrastructure management and maintenance, script creation, and supporting other departments in a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. IT infrastructure management and monitoring 2. Creation of automation scripts in Python or ShellScript 3. Technical support to other company departments with team assistance On-site | Rio do Sul – SC Open to candidates with disabilities (PCD) ### **What you’ll do daily:** * Manage customer DNS zones; * Create and monitor infrastructure alarms; * Detect and resolve access issues to the Magazord environment; * Create automation scripts for processes in Python or ShellScript; * Maintain servers (addition, removal, and updates); * Provide technical support to other company departments. You won’t be alone: all tasks are performed with full team support! ### **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Reside in Rio do Sul/SC or surrounding region * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems) * Attention to detail and rigor in task execution * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively * Availability to work > 6 hours/day, Monday through Friday * **Nice-to-have (non-eliminatory)** * Knowledge of Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of cloud solution providers.
