Job Summary: Professional required to develop layout plans, conduct quantity surveys, and create 3D project models. Key Highlights: 1. Development of ceiling and cladding layout plans 2. Conducting detailed quantity surveys 3. Creation of 3D project models **Neighborhood:** Itoupava Central. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Developing ceiling and cladding layout plans; * Conducting detailed quantity surveys for each project; * Developing 3D models of projects. **Requirements to Apply for This Opportunity:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed); * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); * Prior experience in the field; * Must have personal transportation due to the company's location. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Proficiency in BIM. **What the Company Offers:** * Fuel allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance assistance after the probationary period.
