Job Summary: Will work as a Systems Analyst, providing support for the Senior Sistemas (HCM) system, proposing improvements, and implementing new functionalities for the Human Resources department. Key Highlights: 1. Support and resolution of issues for the Senior Sistemas (HCM) system 2. Analysis and proposal of improvements to Human Resources management systems 3. Collaboration in projects for implementing new modules and integrations Provide support for the Senior Sistemas (HCM) system, directly attending to and resolving requests from Human Resources users; Perform system and solution analysis focused on Human Resources management, proposing improvements and implementing new functionalities; Conduct requirements gathering with business areas—especially HR—and translate those needs into technical specifications for system development or adjustments; Guide users in utilizing HR systems and processes, ensuring smooth operational functionality; Act as an intermediary between third-party system vendors and internal customers; Collaborate on projects for implementing new modules or system integrations, consistently pursuing continuous improvement of HR technology processes. **Position:** Systems Analyst **Professional Area:** Information Technology / IT **Requirements: Experience and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; Proficiency in Senior Sistemas (HCM). **Experience and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; Proficiency in Senior Sistemas (HCM).
