Job Objective: Provide technical support to users and ensure proper functioning of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure, thereby supporting business continuity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, ensuring rapid issue resolution. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (computers, printers, etc.). Install and configure software, operating systems, and networks. Manage IT equipment and asset inventory, ensuring organization and traceability. Support incident management and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Assist in implementing continuous improvements to IT processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing Technical or Higher Education degree in IT. Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
