




Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating operations, planning resources, validating reports, and optimizing processes at an EcoPark, acting as the interface between teams and management. Support to management in budgeting and audits Description: Completed undergraduate degree Relevant work experience Desirable: Postgraduate degree in a technical field related to the segment Spanish / English NR 35 * Reports to contract management regarding daily operational routines, tool availability, material planning, plant maintenance, input control, and production report preparation. * Responsible for validating daily and monthly reports, and preparing supplier measurements. * Validates procedures and work instructions, and conducts training for the workforce. * Coordinates work fronts, waste reception, and general maintenance activities at the EcoPark in compliance with applicable legislation and Veolia standards. * Coordinates the acquisition and application of technical data required for the implementation of new areas, unit operation, preparation of technical reports, and management indicators. * Coordinates the use of labor, materials, and inputs required for EcoPark operations according to prior planning. * Submits purchase requests for materials and inputs required for operations and assists in approving invoices. * Supports the CGR manager in preparing budgets and investments necessary for business continuity and monitors incurred costs. * Analyzes operational indicators and justifies findings to unit management. * Prepares technical operational area reports upon request. * Analyzes opportunities for operational improvements and initiates corresponding implementation measures. * Conducts measurements on construction works and equipment, analyzing results to ensure they are in perfect condition and compliant with Veolia standards and applicable regulations. * Acts as the interface between field operational leadership and overall management. * Analyzes and controls the reporting of operational and financial KPIs, as well as Latam KPIs. * Supports the development of procedures and presentations for standardization and training of operational teams across units and contracts. * Conducts field technical visits to business units. * Supports critical analyses and documentary preparation for audits. * Assists the EcoPark manager in analyzing the income statement (DRE) and preparing the budget. * Occasionally performs operations of yellow-line machinery and mobile equipment, as required.
