




Description: Job Mission \- Actively participate in the implementation of new system projects for the Supermarket segment. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Support the sales team through to project Go Live; * Gather information from the client to ensure accurate implementation; * Understand and map the client’s business processes, preparing the necessary technical and operational documentation; * Implement and provide technical support to clients both on-site and remotely (Skype, Meet, WhatsApp, phone); * Support Prime clients with queries, training, and guidance on system usage. Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Experience in system implementation projects and supermarket routines; * Knowledge of PL/SQL (desirable); * Familiarity with system integration (Webservice, API desirable); * Knowledge of the supermarket sector, especially regarding: product registration, invoice issuance, purchase orders and invoice receipt, tax calculation and obligations (PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ICMS ST, etc.); * Willingness to travel. 2512310202491836056
