Through projects and initiatives, it seeks to empower women and foster social justice. **Responsibilities:** Perform alterations and repairs on customers' garments, such as hemming, tightening or loosening garments, replacing zippers, among others. Perform customizations on garments, such as embroidery, patches, rhinestones, among others. Maintain and preserve sewing machines and other equipment used in the sewing process. Assist in creating new garments, following patterns and instructions provided by the store's stylist or designer. Keep the workplace clean and organized, ensuring safety and proper functioning of the work area.
