Ensure compliance with platform best practices We are looking for a **Senior Progress Analyst Developer** with solid experience in **TOTVS Datasul**, to join our technology and development team. The professional will be responsible for advanced customizations, ERP system enhancements, and high-impact technical solutions, participating in strategic projects and ensuring adherence to platform best practices. **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and enhance applications in Progress OpenEdge (ABL); * Focus heavily on TOTVS Datasul customization; * Develop and maintain UPCs (User Program Customizations); * Create and maintain database triggers; * Implement customized, specific programs, reports, and batch routines; * Perform extensions and customizations of standard Datasul programs; * Analyze technical and functional requirements, proposing effective solutions; * Fix bugs, implement improvements, and optimize performance; * Develop integrations via APIs, WebServices, files, and queues; * Conduct thorough technical review and documentation; * Participate in requirement gathering, planning, and technical review meetings; * Ensure code quality, security, version control, and documentation. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with Progress OpenEdge / ABL * Proven experience with TOTVS Datasul * Proficiency in Datasul customizations, including: UPCs Triggers (Before/After – database and application) Customized, specific programs and reports; API integration development – REST; * In-depth knowledge of Progress database; * Experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing legacy systems; * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and systemic vision; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Punctuality and commitment to deadlines and quality; * Proactivity; **Desirable Knowledge** * Familiarity with Datasul modules (e.g., **PDP, FAT, MFG, FIN, HCM, etc.)** * Knowledge of Progress performance tuning and troubleshooting. **Advantageous** * PO-UI; * Fluig and GoodData; * Progress AppServer; * SQL language; **Contract Model** * PJ (Individual Contractor); * Hourly rate: negotiable; * Work model: Hybrid / Remote Job Type: Freelance / PJ Payment: R$31.14 – R$89.30 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote work for São Paulo, SP
