This professional is responsible for moving goods between the factory, suppliers, customers, and sales points, ensuring items arrive at their destination on time and in perfect condition. **EDUCATION:** * High school diploma or equivalent. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Transport, load, and unload raw materials for production, finished products, fabrics, and other materials between the factory and third parties, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition and within the established timeframe. * Maintain the vehicle in good condition by performing regular checks such as oil levels, tire pressure, and brake systems, as well as scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance when necessary. * Plan delivery routes to optimize time and transportation costs, taking into account factors such as traffic and distance. * Communicate effectively with the company's distribution team, providing updates on delivery locations, potential delays, and the condition of transported goods. * Follow traffic safety regulations and cargo handling procedures to ensure the driver’s safety, as well as the safety of the goods and people around. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Responsibility: Take ownership of both team successes and failures.
