We offer recruitment and professional development services for companies and candidates. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for leading the Agribusiness Procurement area with a business-oriented vision, governance focus, and results-driven approach, ensuring decision-making security for the company. Lead the agribusiness procurement strategy (inputs, grains, fertilizers, agrochemicals, and related items). Negotiate with strategic suppliers, managing highly relevant contracts. Plan procurement activities considering seasonality, market risks, and opportunities. Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and operations departments. Ensure governance, compliance, and risk control in procurement activities. Monitor procurement performance indicators and financial impact. Develop and standardize agribusiness supply chain processes. Agro-industrial segment. Previous experience as Procurement Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Procurement Manager, or Supply Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
