Providing product information and assisting customers A women's apparel store in Blumenau is seeking a Customer Service Representative. **Responsibilities:** Serve customers both in the physical store and online, using WhatsApp and social media. Conduct sales of women's apparel. Maintain store space organization. Provide product information and assist customers. Collaborate with the team on daily tasks. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Assistant, Customer Service Agent, or Customer Relationship Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
