In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our **Live Casino** products, adhering to departmental policies and procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products. **Responsibilities:** * Report directly to the **QC & Training Senior Manager**, collaborating closely to align initiatives with organizational objectives. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards, consistently striving to exceed expectations in training delivery. * Proactively foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative environment across the entire team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. * Serve as a role model and mentor for the team, conveying essential procedures and controls for specific table games, while reinforcing excellent customer service practices. * Implement coaching strategies to support employee development and encourage professional growth, providing guidance whenever necessary. * Review and evaluate work performed by quality specialists, delivering detailed feedback. * Analyze QC department monitoring session data to identify opportunities for improvement. * Develop improvements in workflow to optimize departmental operations. * Prepare workload reports and propose enhancements. * Provide regular feedback on departmental performance and development. * Stay updated on changes to relevant policies and procedures. * Supervise the team, providing feedback and tracking progress. * Support efficient departmental operations through assigned activities. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of **QC Supervisors** and **QC Specialists**. **Candidate Requirements:** * Minimum of three years in a managerial position, with proven experience leading teams of 20 or more people. * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (bachelor's). * Strong leadership profile, capable of guiding and inspiring teams toward shared objectives. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring effective interaction with teams and stakeholders. * Assertive and proactive profile, able to independently manage projects while also collaborating efficiently within a team. Demonstrates commitment to delivering results on time, involving stakeholders throughout the process. * Proven track record of improving product quality through actions based on rigorous quality verification processes. * High attention to detail, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and reach consistent conclusions. * Strategic planning capability, essential for defining long-term organizational objectives and operational strategies. * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, fundamental for addressing complex challenges and achieving business goals. * Commitment to following established processes, coupled with the ability to logically propose and communicate improvements. Skill in fostering a positive work environment and effectively developing teams. * Experience using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor organizational results. * Experience in compliance or quality control within the gaming industry will be considered a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, used efficiently in daily tasks. * Meticulous attention to detail, combined with a disciplined, responsible, and highly committed attitude toward tasks.
