We are looking for an FP\&A Analyst who wants to accelerate their development in a rapidly growing global company. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn practical financial planning and contribute to process automation and dashboard development to support data-driven decision-making. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support the budgeting cycle by consolidating data and maintaining updated reports; * Assist in departmental analysis, identifying significant variances and areas requiring attention; * Create controls to verify allocations and propose simple corrections; * Contribute to process automation using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Python for data processing; * Update dashboards and management reports in Power BI and Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring data reliability; * Support monthly closing routines and consolidation of financial information; * Provide ad hoc analysis support and document internal departmental processes. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Production Engineering; * Knowledge of Controllership or FP\&A; * Basic knowledge of automation tools: Python, SQL, macros, and finance-oriented programming; * Intermediate Excel skills and strong data manipulation ability; * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
