Job Summary: Professional responsible for people management, dissemination of corporate values, supervision of shareholder and investor relations activities, as well as installation and maintenance of broadband products. Installation and maintenance of broadband and STFC products ### **Responsibilities** PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Practice and disseminate the company's mission, vision, values, and management principles to safeguard the company's image and strengthen its culture. Manage people by establishing objectives and goals, structuring work, developing tools for associate training, and managing and evaluating results. INVESTOR RELATIONS: Supervise and ensure execution of activities related to shareholder and investor relations. ### **Position Overview** OK: Responsible for installation and maintenance of optical broadband, xDSL, and STFC products. Serve corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers. This role also requires knowledge of Algar's offered products, as the professional is also responsible for recommending migration or upgrade of broadband (GPON) or STFC products. ### **Prerequisites** Reside in the city of São Paulo
