Work with Nokia and Ericsson equipment for 4G and 5G We are seeking an Optimization Engineer to enhance the performance and efficiency of radio technology systems. * Conduct in-depth analyses and performance testing on radio systems to identify improvement and optimization opportunities; * Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance, ensuring optimal signal quality and coverage; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate performance improvements into product design and development; * Monitor and analyze system metrics and user feedback to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; * Implement innovative solutions considering signal strength, interference, and network capacity; * Document and communicate optimization strategies and best practices to ensure standardization and efficiency; * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging telecommunications technologies; * Provide technical support to other departments, ensuring efficient integration of improvements throughout the network lifecycle; * Work with Nokia and Ericsson equipment. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields; * Solid foundation in radio technology and strong understanding of signal processing and system performance; * Experience in RAN performance analysis and optimization (4G and 5G); * Practical experience with Nokia and Ericsson equipment; * Hands-on experience with performance analysis tools; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Availability to work fully on-site in SP.
