Commercial Technician

Description

What you need to know: * Focus on selling replacement parts * Knowledge or experience with Lean philosophy and agile methodologies; * Receptive customer service (phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp); * Proactive outreach to customers via leads; * Preparation and submission of commercial proposals; * Analysis of technical reports; * Order entry into the system (ERP, SIGA); * Conducting follow\-ups; Administrative support to the team; * Filling out control spreadsheets; * Logging hours in the management tool (Bitrix); * Creating Power BI dashboards (Desirable). Requirements: * Technical education completed in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory; * Technical knowledge of electrical and electronic components in the automation and/or electrical fields.
