Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily management of the manufacturer’s reports. * Monitoring internal processes jointly with area managers. * Attending meetings and preparing minutes. * Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and proposing improvement actions. * Auditing the manufacturer’s processes. * Updating gift inventory and internal action reports. * Assisting in setting performance goals for relationship managers. * Monitoring **Red Flags** and **Hot Alerts** for dissatisfied customers. * Maintaining up-to-date quality documentation. * Tracking and following up on team training completion. * Adhering to work schedules and internal policies (ID badge, uniform, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Undergraduate studies (from the 1st year onward) in the following fields: * Administration * Marketing * Commercial Management * Sales Management * Quality Management **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
