JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting online sales activities, ensuring an efficient and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. KEY ACTIVITIES Assist in managing and updating the company’s e-commerce platform Process online purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery Perform product packaging and shipping activities, ensuring item quality and integrity. Assist with administrative tasks in the department, such as inventory control, invoice issuance, payment tracking, and other e-commerce-related administrative routines Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure distribution efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing assistance and clarifying doubts. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products online and execute promotional campaigns. Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and propose improvements. Stay updated on e-commerce market trends and emerging technologies. Comply with company security, privacy, operational procedures, and compliance policies. REQUIREMENTS **Experience (in the field):** Prior experience in e-commerce or retail is desirable; **Education:** High school diploma completed; **Specific Knowledge:** Familiarity with e-commerce systems and CRM tools; Communication skills; Ability to work independently; Organizational skills and attention to detail; **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
