If you’re passionate about challenges, possess an innovative mindset, and enjoy contributing to something meaningful, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper execution of all on-site services through daily supervision and field team coordination to achieve optimal construction delivery quality. * Supervise on-site activities to ensure all work complies with occupational safety technical procedures, preventing accidents. * Lead site organization through planning material receipt, storage, and debris disposal to maintain a clean and safe workplace. * Lead the entire field team via training and guidance to meet schedule, cost, quality, and occupational safety goals. * Supervise on-site activities to ensure all work complies with the previously developed and approved project design. * Train and develop new foremen and internal staff for this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in civil construction. * Completion of a Construction Foreman training program. * Teamwork skills. **Additional Information** **Exclusive Benefits:** Flexible Meal Voucher (restaurants/supermarkets) – no payroll deduction.
