Site organization and safety **Job Description** Coordinate and supervise all construction team activities across the entire site according to the physical schedule; verify execution compliance with project specifications and IT procedures; ensure site cleanliness and waste segregation; inspect service and material quality; plan daily activity execution with support from the construction manager; use PPE and assist in SSO inspections to prevent accidents; conduct DDS sessions with the team; serve as a leader **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor physical construction progress, ensuring correct execution of activities and proper planning * Verify activities performed by the team, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction * Oversee waste management and site cleanliness, ensuring proper disposal and site maintenance * Organize the construction site, keeping it clean and orderly to avoid risks to workers * Inspect materials used by the team, verifying compliance with IT specifications and approval status to ensure quality and customer satisfaction * Manage teams, align site improvements, provide feedback jointly with the construction manager, thereby ensuring clear and objective communication with the team * Review project documents to ensure correct service execution, guaranteeing quality and customer satisfaction **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Basic education preferred; * Experience as a construction supervisor and ability to read project drawings. **Additional Information:** Birthday day off; meal allowance and transportation allowance; health, dental, and life insurance plans; childcare allowance up to baby's 2nd birthday; additional 1-month unpaid maternity leave; extended paternity leave; partnership club Minimum Education Level: Basic Education (1st level)
