Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic leader to integrate Tax Receivables, Payroll Department, Accounting, and clients—ensuring governance, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation—with emphasis on the Tax Reform. This professional will serve as the central point of integration among Tax Receivables, Payroll Department, Accounting, and direct client service. The primary objective is to ensure governance, strict adherence to SLAs, and risk mitigation—identifying tax opportunities and guiding the team through the challenges of the **Tax Reform**. * **People Management:** Lead, develop, and audit the performance of a robust team, delivering consistent evidence-based, fact-driven, and day-to-day delivery-focused feedback. * **Governance and Compliance:** Ensure fiscal compliance (direct and indirect taxes) and delivery quality (calculations and obligations) within legal and technical deadlines. * **Strategic Vision:** Identify, assess, and report tax risks, proposing preventive action plans to eliminate fines and interest. * **Consultative Interface:** Serve clients across diverse sectors to resolve complex queries and provide high-level tax guidance (Business Partner). * **Continuous Improvement:** Lead process automation, system parameterization, and strategic implementation of Tax Reform initiatives. * **Critical Operations:** Supervise tax closing (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL) and validate consistency of ancillary obligations (EFD, SPED, DCTF, etc.). **Benefits** that make a difference at **MHM Group** * **NotreDame Intermédica Health Insurance – no co-payment and no payroll deduction** Because health is a priority—and here you take care of yours without unexpected expenses. * **Flash Benefits Meal Voucher – no payroll deduction** Flexible, modern, and with no payroll deduction.
