Promote continuous improvement and innovation Job Description We are looking for dynamic consultants to expand our Information Systems and Digital team in São Paulo. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us tackle our clients' challenges. You will serve as a Tech Lead for our Machine Learning team. **Your key responsibilities:** Lead the design and deployment of machine learning models in production environments Guide technical initiatives as Tech Lead, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables Design and build scalable machine learning pipelines Define and implement technical architecture for ML solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Engineering, Business) to deliver integrated solutions Oversee integration of APIs, microservices, and production systems Ensure robust MLOps practices, including CI/CD and model lifecycle management Promote continuous improvement and innovation in ML engineering processes **Qualifications:** Experience in machine learning engineering and deploying models into production Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior ML Engineer leading technical initiatives Experience designing and building scalable ML pipelines Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience with Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management Experience with APIs, microservices, and production systems Experience working with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Engineering, Business) Advanced English for conversation Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
