




Description: As a basic requirement, you must have: * Completed undergraduate degree or technological graduation in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Office suite skills; * Proven experience with Primavera P6; * Knowledge of FEL (Front End Loading); * Experience in project implementation. You stand out if you have: * Advanced English. * Knowledge of project management tools and other methodologies (PMBoK, AWP, Lean construction, Prince2, Scrum, among others). Summary description: Plan and control all activities comprising the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to defined milestones and FEL methodology phases, thereby contributing to fulfillment of contractual requirements and approval gates. Detailed description: * Support the project leader in developing, validating, and monitoring projects from the conceptual phase through to close-out; * Structure, update, and review schedule baselines at each approval gate (FEL gates), ensuring traceability and integration with cost and scope; * Review and monitor processes, performance indicators, and reports; * Monitor schedule execution and cashflow trends, preparing deviation analyses and action plans, ensuring data consistency; * Issue weekly schedules; * Conduct critical analysis of strategies and schedules, including scenario development and mitigation solutions for schedule and risk; * Support definition and monitoring of Planning Department KPIs; * Prepare periodic management reports for the portfolio manager and governance (daily, weekly, or monthly, as required); * Conduct analysis of schedule-related data, constraints, and risks, proposing mitigation measures; * Support other activities inherent to the role. 251230020249849805
