Collaborating in a dynamic, product-oriented team **Job Description:** We are seeking a Node.js Backend Developer to build and evolve services and APIs, contributing to the development of scalable, high-performance, and event-driven solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with solid Node.js experience who value engineering best practices, code quality, and teamwork, operating in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js; * Work with TypeScript and modern asynchronous development patterns; * Model and optimize queries in relational databases; * Implement solutions using caching and messaging systems; * Ensure code quality through automated testing; * Manage code versioning using Git best practices; * Collaborate with the team to solve problems and evolve the architecture. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience with Node.js; * Proficiency in TypeScript and asynchronous JavaScript; * Experience with frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or NestJS; * Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, including queries and migrations; * Familiarity with Redis for caching; * Knowledge of messaging, events, and patterns such as CQRS and Event Sourcing; * Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end); * Git versioning best practices; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS); * Knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda, SQS, EC2); * Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth 2.0); * Interest in and practice with Clean Architecture and SOLID principles; * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, Datadog, Grafana). **Work Location:** Remote.
