**Job Description – Guard** * Conduct periodic patrols within the premises; * Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials; * Ensure the property security of the condominium, company, or establishment; * Identify suspicious situations and immediately report them to supervision; * Monitor common areas and access points; * Assist in organizing and guiding visitors and service providers; * Record incidents in a logbook or control system; * Inspect gates, doors, lighting, and other security items; * Act preventively to avoid thefts, damages, and intrusions; * Comply with internal security regulations and company procedures.
