IT Process and Integration Analyst

We are seeking a professional to work on Projects within our IT Systems area. This professional will be involved in system implementation and integration projects, support external developers in creating custom routines, and collaborate with partners to enhance the ERP and other systems across various organizational areas (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Controlling). #### **Key responsibilities:** * Serve as the interface between IT and business units to ensure new solutions align with organizational processes; * Lead meetings with business units to address requirements according to project prioritization and company strategy; * Gather requirements from business units and perform data analysis to produce functional specifications; * Conduct technical meetings with system vendors and developers; * Test new system versions and deploy updates to production; * Generate, validate, and execute SQL scripts for database data cleansing and information insertion; * Produce and maintain up-to-date manuals and support materials for systems; * Perform configuration of new routines and systems in accordance with business rules and organizational processes; * Train Key Users and end users on new routines and systems; * Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on new routines and systems for the IT Support team; * Generate data for internal analysis and business units by developing reports and extracting data from systems; * Map business information and rules for API development; * Map business information and rules for robotic process automation (RPA) development; * Plan project activities, execute them, and keep the project management system updated according to activity start, progress, and completion. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in ERP system implementation or support for Winthor. * SQL knowledge for queries and report creation is desirable; * Knowledge of Python, RPA development, and API integrations (REST/SOAP) is desirable. #### **Benefits:** * On-site restaurant; * Amil Health Insurance (with co-payment); \- Amil Dental Insurance (optional \- monthly fee); * HDI Life Insurance; * Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance (no payroll deduction); * Total Pass; * Alelo Psychological Support Service; * CEC: Partnership with Group-affiliated dealerships; * EBD Store; * EBD University
