The Technical Assistant II will assist in and perform medium-complexity tasks, drafting and reviewing administrative acts, monitoring processes, and managing communication with external agencies at the Public Defender’s Office.

#### **About the Position:**
* The Technical Assistant II is responsible for assisting in and performing medium-complexity tasks aligned with established objectives and area-specific requirements within the scope of the State Public Defender’s Office.
#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Draft, review, and monitor administrative acts, official publications, and documents;
* Design and maintain administrative workflows, proposing continuous improvements;
* Monitor processes in SEI and support coordinations on strategic requests;
* Manage price minutes for events, deadlines, controls, and communications with suppliers and units;
* Communicate with external agencies and support coordination in team management;
* Provide technical input for decision-making and internal routine organization.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in **Law**, with specialization in **Public Administration or related fields**;
* Solid experience in legal and administrative activities within the public sector;
* Proficiency in SEI, drafting legal memoranda, regulatory analysis, and official writing;
* Advanced knowledge of administrative workflows, process management, and oversight of managerial requests;
* Ability to plan, organize routines, and prioritize tasks.
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
* Experience coordinating teams, institutional liaison, and engagement with external agencies;
* Practical experience in managing and monitoring administrative acts, price minutes, and procurement or institutional event processes;
