And this is only the beginning.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and guide the development team in implementing C# solutions, ensuring code quality and efficiency. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, feasible technical specifications. * Ensure on-time delivery by managing resources and mitigating technical risks. * Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. * Define scalable and sustainable architectures, promoting software development and design best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience developing with .NET Core (C#). * In-depth knowledge of software design, design patterns, and agile development practices. * Proven ability in technical leadership and technical guidance. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.). * Prior experience in legacy system migration or integration projects. * Familiarity with complementary technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Angular, or Vue.js.
