Description

A construction company seeks a Building Technician in São Paulo (Perdizes). **Responsibilities:** Monitor and supervise construction projects. Read and interpret execution drawings. Monitor project schedules. Control materials and executed services. Support contractor measurements. Prepare technical reports. Monitor service quality on-site. Complete spreadsheets. Control technical documentation. Support compliance with ISO and PBQP-H standards. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Civil Construction Technician may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position.
