If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement systems related to Trading and other areas: SAP, Pipefy, Agroboard, and others. * Support planning, management, implementation, and control of Ceres Group’s management projects, with emphasis on Lean culture (lean production), and continuous creation and improvement of processes. * Focus on results and development of Lean Six Sigma culture based on teamwork and strategic vision, ensuring sustainable business growth through Optimization and Sustainability projects of the Ceres Management System; * Support the creation and implementation of the LEAN CERES culture: Disseminate concepts and tools aimed at maximizing customer value and reducing waste; * Plan and execute Process Projects based on lean production concepts and tools, focusing on internal and external customers; * Standardize and document processes (functions and activities), technically coordinate activities, and conduct diagnostics; * Map, identify, analyze, propose, implement, and monitor KPIs using indicator management methodologies, BPM, and BPMN—with an operational focus; * Support managers in process improvement projects and decision\-making, ensuring analytical rigor and integration across departments\/systems; * Develop action plans for continuous process and project improvement and review, proactively; * Coordinate events focused on Lean Sigma and quality tools, promoting process\-based management and Continuous Improvement culture; * Support the development of Ceres Group’s Strategic Plan; * Perform all activities aiming to achieve all goals defined for the role; * Serve internal and external customers with quality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy, and respect; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Preserve and safeguard company assets; * Understand the company’s vision and mission; * Comply with company regulations and those applicable to your area of responsibility; * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company; * Apply 5S practices; * Perform other tasks related to the above, as determined by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic background: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration * Postgraduate studies in Processes and\/or Projects Experience: * Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP preferred * Knowledge of agribusiness is a plus Technical skills: * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint * SAP Behavioral competencies: * Interpersonal relationship skills * Proactivity * Communication * Strong critical thinking **Additional Information**##### **Born from agribusiness, we at Ceres Investimentos relentlessly pursue integrated solutions for the agribusiness sector.
