Job Summary: A professional to lead client implementation projects in corporate travel, acting as the single point of contact, managing multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality deliveries. Configure and oversee the implementation of SaaS and GDS tools **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * Lead client implementation projects in the corporate travel segment, ensuring correct setup and configuration of solutions; * Act as the project’s focal point (Project Owner), responsible for aligning scope, timelines, and expectations with clients and internal stakeholders; * Gather, analyze, and document functional and operational requirements for system implementation; * Configure and oversee the implementation of SaaS and GDS tools (e.g., Argo, SAP Concur, Sabre, Amadeus), ensuring alignment with client needs; * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and strategically aligned deliveries; * Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and process flows to promote standardization and knowledge sharing; * Conduct training and support users in adopting implemented solutions; * Monitor implementation KPIs and drive continuous improvement of processes and deliverables; * Collaborate consultatively with clients to propose improvements and solutions that add business value. **Requirements:** * Experience implementing clients in the corporate travel segment, preferably across varying scales and complexity levels; * Hands-on experience with SaaS systems for travel and expense management, such as GDS, Argo, SAP Concur, Sabre, and Amadeus; * Proven track record as a project lead (Project Owner), capable of analyzing, structuring, and documenting requirements and delivery expectations; * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment; * Knowledge of developing technical manuals and process documentation; * Ability to structure and standardize internal processes, ensuring delivery quality and consistency. * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields; * Advanced or fluent English, with ability to communicate effectively in corporate and international project contexts. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Internal benefits, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
