If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Oversee the activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to the milestones defined for the project, to contribute to fulfilling the requirements established in the contract. **Detailed Description:** * Execute activities related to project phases according to the logical sequence, to meet the critical path (the longest activity sequence) established in the construction schedule. * Comply with the execution schedule, meeting the stages identified in the construction planning, applying implemented controls to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, to provide relevant information supporting timely deliverables. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, illustrating progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions to meet the construction schedule. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility to align and identify interferences that may impact the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
