If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Oversee the activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to the milestones defined for the project, to contribute to fulfilling the requirements established in the contract. **Detailed Description:** * Execute activities related to project phases according to the logical sequence, to meet the critical path (the longest activity sequence) established in the construction schedule. * Comply with the execution schedule, meeting the stages identified in the construction planning, applying implemented controls to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, to provide relevant information supporting timely deliverables. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, illustrating progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions to meet the construction schedule. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility to align and identify interferences that may impact the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution. Does not yet demonstrate full proficiency across all processes, operations, or equipment within the area or full productivity level. * Support senior professionals in area-specific processes, leveraging their experience for self-development. * Participate in implementing departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Planning, or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial maintenance shutdown planning; * Proficiency in planning and control tools **(MS Project, Primavera, Advanced Excel);** * Knowledge of planning methodology, Critical Path Method (CPM), and scope management; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, material lists, and work orders; * Experience in industrial environments such as petrochemical, pulp and paper, steelmaking, mining, oil and gas, energy, or similar sectors. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge in complementary disciplines: electrical, instrumentation, piping, etc. * Advanced analytical capability and systemic vision. * Experience with Oracle Primavera P6\. * Knowledge of Power BI and data modeling. * Experience with SAP transactions related to planning. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting industrial technical documents. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office \- On-site; * Work Location: Mauá/SP; * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM. **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
