Job Summary: Professional responsible for the operation, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of various mechanical, exhaust, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive operation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems. 2. Maintenance of VRF systems, pumps, piping, and control devices. 3. Maintenance of precision air conditioning equipment and mechanical ventilation systems. * Operation, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all mechanical, exhaust, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment across facilities, including: * VRF systems, condensate water pumps, chilled water pumps, machinery rooms, piping, valves, and switching and control devices, including minor system balancing, ducts, grilles, plenum boxes, and all air distribution devices; * Fan coils, fan coil units, self\-contained units, split systems, ACIs, and rooftop units; * Precision air conditioning equipment, as well as mechanical ventilation systems, outdoor air renewal systems, and their power panels, to maintain them in their original operating condition; * Maintenance of ice machines; * And other routine tasks within the area.
