MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PLANNING

Description

Professional to join our Maintenance Planning, Programming and Control (PPCM) team, a coordination unit under Sabesp’s Strategic Maintenance Directorate, responsible for managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the availability, reliability, safety, and operational efficiency of all assets involved in the sanitation cycle. This role covers all municipalities served by the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans and schedules based on historical data, technical manuals, and manufacturers’ recommendations. * Schedule and monitor work orders in the maintenance management system (SAP\-PM). * Control and update the technical registry of equipment and assets. * Manage maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.). * Support the definition of resources required for activity execution (labor, materials, tools). * Participate in developing scheduled shutdown plans and major interventions. * Interact with departments such as execution, operations, engineering, safety, and logistics to align priorities. * Control spare parts and material inventory together with the warehouse. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical high school diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, Civil Construction / Buildings, Hydraulics, or related fields; * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP \-PM preferred); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals; * Proficiency in Excel and planning tools; * Registration with the relevant professional council; * National Driver’s License (CNH) desirable. **Additional Information** **Join Sabesp and make history!** Sabesp is experiencing one of the most transformative moments in its history.
