This team works on the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative systems, aiming to deliver efficient and secure solutions tailored to the diverse needs of the Bank’s customers and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the software development process by providing technical and business information about applications, assisting in building and maintaining functionalities; * Maintain the technical quality of source code and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures established by the Software Architecture; * Manage development deliverables’ versions using specific tools and techniques; * Plan releases by detailing and decomposing functionalities into technical tasks, as well as performing functional analysis (based on functional and non-functional requirements); * Design solutions by developing and/or updating physical designs for implementation on the defined technology, specifying interfaces (screens, files, reports, etc.), participating in data model validation, reviewing and updating solution architecture; * Support test strategy and evaluation of results based on documentation produced, as well as support defining the required test data set; * Contribute to testing activities by participating in configuring the installation environment for new applications, and supporting execution of functional and non-functional tests; * Release packages for acceptance testing after completing the test cycle, and handle non-conformities by evaluating and implementing reported fixes; * Transfer knowledge to the support team through consolidation of system documentation; * Resolve application non-conformities by analyzing issues, implementing code, generating executables (builds), and documenting tests; * Define package version composition, assemble system versions across various environments upon merge and change requests, and participate in updating the Application Sheet and establishing the integration environment; * Estimate effort and cost, propose budgets, validate the project’s technical solution, and identify system improvements; * Contribute to refining the solution vision, scope, and requirement details—including business rules and integration per functionality—as well as participate in reviewing and updating non-functional requirements and validating the detailed package scope; * Prepare deployment instructions for project/system deliverables (Application Sheet); * Ensure system integrity by coordinating version integration, maintenance, and fixes across environments (test, acceptance, and production); * Validate the acceptance environment upon request for environment configuration and application and database installation; * Provide administrative support to coordination in delegated activities; * Apply agile project management techniques; * Implement solutions autonomously—from conception through launch validation—across multiple programming languages and frameworks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Proven experience developing applications for the financial market and systems involving payment methods, financing, or loans; * Proven experience in technical leadership, focused on developing applications using microservices; * Specific experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS Cloud, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Serverless Framework, API Gateway, and others; * Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and software engineering practices; * Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
