Then join us in making a difference! \#VEMSERINDT Work as a **Tech Lead**, strategically leveraging experience in systemic migrations. Serve as the technical and advisory reference for projects. This professional will be responsible for ensuring governance, delivery quality, and continuous evolution of the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, as well as coordinating AMS and vendor management. Requirements: **Responsibilities** Lead systemic migration projects, ensuring strategic alignment between business areas and IT. Act as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders, translating needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. Conduct diagnostics, assessments, and gap analyses for evolution. Coordinate executive workshops and sessions for defining complex requirements. Define and validate system integration architecture to support implementation. Develop functional architecture proposals and recommendations of best practices. Ensure governance and delivery quality in Oracle Cloud projects and programs. Manage AMS (Application Management Services): control tickets, prioritize demands, and ensure SLA compliance. Oversee contracts and payments to development vendors. Support integration initiatives with other platforms, aiming for a unified view of processes. . Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and expansion of Oracle Cloud usage. . Contribute during critical project moments, mitigating risks and aligning expectations. **Technical Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields. Proven experience as Tech Lead or technical leader in complex projects. Proven programming experience (current coding not required, but solid background essential). . In-depth knowledge of systemic architecture and platform integration. Proficiency with message queues (RabbitMQ or Kafka) and microservices architecture for asynchronous processing. Ability to read and create architecture diagrams (C4). Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Analysis and application of transactional and NoSQL databases. Advanced knowledge of Cloud services (AWS and/or Azure). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps. Advanced use of Git (Azure DevOps). Advanced knowledge of SOAP Web Services. Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). **Desirable:** Experience in ERP migration (SAP → Oracle Cloud). Experience with Oracle Cloud environments (ERP, Finance, SCM). **Expected Soft Skills** Strong verbal and written communication skills. Autonomy in making technical decisions. Ability to operate in agile environments (Scrum). Proactivity in identifying risks and proposing solutions. Collaborative spirit with other areas (product, QA, design).
