Macjee Tecnologia is an IT solutions company specializing in software development and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Ensuring the availability and reliability of industrial, building, and infrastructure assets is fundamental. This involves coordinating, both technically and administratively, the teams responsible for maintenance and preservation, guaranteeing operational continuity with quality and safety. It is essential to manage resources, budget, contracts, and suppliers within the area, including outsourced services and supplies. In this context, defining technical specifications, inventory levels, and supporting procurement activities is required. Supporting the development and implementation of projects, as well as preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, is a priority. This is achieved by monitoring KPIs, schedules, and risks, as well as implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Conducting technical site visits and overseeing installations—both domestically and internationally—promotes integration with support departments and other company projects, ensuring operational needs are met.
