Job Summary: The professional will operate and adjust presses to manufacture parts from various materials, optimizing sheet metal utilization and ensuring dimensional compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and adjust presses for manufacturing parts from various materials. 2. Optimize sheet metal utilization and ensure dimensional compliance. 3. Analyze operation sheets and drawings, reporting discrepancies. Regularly operate and adjust presses for manufacturing parts from various materials, adjusting the distance between cutting blades in accordance with material thickness and cutting sheets according to technical specifications contained in specific forms. Determine, at the time of cutting or pressing, the optimal arrangement of parts on the sheet to maximize utilization, verifying through tape measure, caliper, and other measuring instruments that dimensions comply with mechanical drawings and tracking sheets. Analyze operation sheets and drawings; in case of doubts or discrepancies, inform the coordinator to take appropriate measures. Retrieve stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and other sheets from the cutting warehouse, guiding the forklift operator regarding which bundle of sheets to load and unload, thereby accelerating production flow.
