Work collaboratively, proactively, and with focus on tasks We are looking for a Molding Machine Operator to join a renowned national company in the plastic solutions sector, located in Mairiporã/SP. **Main Responsibilities:** · Operate thermoforming machines; · Set up, feed, and monitor machine operation; · Measure and verify process temperatures; · Install and replace molds; · Inspect parts upon ejection, evaluating shrinkage and quality; · Ensure smooth production operations, adhering to safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** · Prior experience operating industrial machinery (thermoforming-specific experience is not mandatory); · Easy access to the Terra Preta region – Mairiporã/SP; · Availability for the stated work schedule. **Behavioral Competencies:** · Ability to work collaboratively; · Proactivity and initiative; · Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on tasks. **Compensation and Benefits:** · Salary: R$ 2\.400,00 · Cost-of-living allowance: R$ 200,00 · Transportation Voucher; · Annual Profit and Results Sharing (PLR). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 9:18 PM, with a 1-hour break.
