Job Summary: The professional will set up and adjust injection molding machines, assist in maintenance, and monitor production to seek improvements in plastic manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Set up and adjust injection molding machines 2. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Develop improvements in injection processes Responsibilities: Set up injection molding machines, performing adjustments and calibrations during the process. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, cleaning and preservation of machines and equipment, preventing downtime due to mechanical issues. Set up and adjust machines, implement process improvements in injection, mold changeovers, maintenance, mold assembly and disassembly, repairs on injection molding machines (mechanical and hydraulic), supervise and guide the team in operating injection molding machines, monitor adherence to established production targets, control machine parameters and adjustments, and identify potential mold adjustments. Production process improvement focusing on plastic manufacturing process enhancements.
