Job Summary: A Warehouse Clerk responsible for material verification, fiscal entry registration, product identification, and supporting inventory control and inventory audits. Key Highlights: 1. Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Suzano (Downtown). Novo Tempo RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Verify incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring cargo integrity and quantity verification against invoices. Perform fiscal entry registration for incoming invoices and billing for outgoing invoices. Identify and segregate products (raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods), considering batch number, expiry date, and FIFO method. Measure tanks and silos and collect samples for laboratory analysis. Participate in addressing processes, systemic transfers, and internal material requisitions. Support inventory control and participate in rotating and annual inventories. Inspect vehicles and driver documentation upon receipt and dispatch. Operate equipment such as computers, pallet jacks, and forklifts for material handling. Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, and comply with the Quality Management System procedures. Position located in Suzano / SP. Previous experience as a Checker, Cargo Verifier, Inventory Clerk, or Merchandise Verifier may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
