Collaboration with finance, procurement, and logistics * **Work model: PJ (Individual Contractor)** * **Location: Itaim Bibi** * **On-site** * **Fee: R$ 9\.000,00** * **Bonus of 1 to 3 salaries (based on productivity)** * **Working hours: Business hours** * **Job Objective** Manage and optimize the entire production process to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control, aligned with company strategies. **?** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of **crochet production** * Ensure compliance with **production and delivery deadlines** * Manage production teams (sewing, finishing, prototyping, crochet artisans, embroiderers, etc.) * Control and optimize the use of **raw materials, supplies, and labor** * Monitor and improve **production performance indicators (KPIs)** * Ensure **product quality standards** * Implement continuous improvements in production processes * Manage **Production Planning and Control (PCP)** * Control production costs and pursue **waste reduction** * Coordinate internal and external production (artisans) * Ensure workplace organization and compliance with safety regulations * Collaborate with departments such as **finance, procurement, and logistics** * Participate in new product development (production feasibility) **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields) **Experience:** * Proven experience in textile production management * Experience managing operational teams and production processes * PCP (Production Planning and Control) * Industrial cost control * Performance indicators (KPIs) * Excel and/or ERP systems * Leadership and team management * Organization and strategic vision * Proactivity * Results-oriented
