Job Summary: Production Assistant responsible for assembling, finishing, and repairing safety belts; organizing the workplace; and supporting tape finishing. Key Highlights: 1. (We seek candidates located in this area.) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Mon. to Thu. 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Fri. 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Safety Belt Assembly:** Receive weekly belt production schedule from the team leader, with potential daily quantity adjustments. Begin the belt assembly process by marking materials according to specified dimensions, performing gluing and assembly per model specifications. Deliver belts to the seamstress for sewing. Retrieve pre\-assembled belts from the seamstress and repeat the assembly process until belt completion. **Belt Finishing and Repair:** At the end of each day, inspect and repair defective belts after assembly and sewing are completed. **Workplace Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace to ensure safety and production efficiency. **Support in Tape Finishing Process:** Support the tape finishing process by receiving tapes and forwarding them to the sewing department for general sewing. Packaging of Completed Belts: Receive finished belts, retrieve instruction manuals, place them into packaging, seal packages, and dispatch to inventory.
