User training and support for developed systems Develop computerized applications by designing, implementing, and maintaining systems using appropriate methodologies and techniques to meet established objectives regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in data gathering and define methods and resources required for system implementation and/or modification of existing systems; * Analyze the performance of implemented systems, reassess routines, manuals, and work methods to verify user satisfaction and suggest more effective work methodologies; * Design information flow diagrams and prepare manuals for developed systems or projects to facilitate usage and understanding; * Train and support users in operating developed or third-party acquired systems to ensure proper functionality; * Train implementation and support teams on appropriate use of basic software to ensure readiness for their respective tasks; * Prepare and maintain system documentation according to company standards, safeguard its storage, and distribute it to users to guide system operation and resolve potential usage questions; * Plan and collect information from users to implement data processing systems; * Implement and maintain systems while ensuring efficiency, rationality, and resolution of technical issues; * Prepare system manuals; * Define testing procedures for installed or maintenance-requiring software prior to replacing production versions, aiming to control impact on current routines; * Ensure that developed products comply with specifications defined by clients and the company; * Prepare clear and easily understandable documentation for systems and applications to facilitate interpretation by developers; * Gather information through interviews with end users and development managers to design processes used in developing systems and applications; * Guide support areas in consulting technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating problems in controlled environments when necessary or escalating to support; * Administer the IT environment, providing Level 2 technical support and preparing technical documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Administration, Systems Analysis, or Computer Science; * Relevant professional experience required. **Additional Information** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
