Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team, learning and developing through audits while supporting testing, risk analysis, and controls. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Junior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This professional will have the opportunity to learn and develop by participating in audits across various areas, supporting the execution of tests, risk analyses, and controls, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the execution of internal audits of controls and processes; * Collect, organize, and analyze information and documents; * Prepare working papers and clearly and accurately document audit findings; * Assist in identifying risks, control deficiencies, and improvement opportunities; * Contribute to report preparation and follow-up on recommended action plans; * Act in accordance with internal policies and corporate governance standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and/or auditing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, or compliance (a plus). **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance (no co-payment); * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Variable Compensation Program; * Private Pension Plan; * Childcare Assistance; * Partnership with TotalPass; * Shuttle service from Butantã and Pinheiros stations to the company.
