Key Responsibilities:** Monitor server infrastructure and system performance Monitor website and link availability Monitor backup routines Perform diagnostics and technical tests Escalate issues to service providers and support teams when necessary Support creation and updating of documentation and procedures **? Desired Qualifications:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with backup tools Basic knowledge of servers and networks Experience with ticketing tools Basic English proficiency **??
