(Other educational backgrounds are welcome, provided the portfolio demonstrates proficiency in the required skills.) * Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma). * Knowledge of basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar). * Familiarity with image capture (even using compact equipment). Skills and competencies: * Strong communication skills and ability to ask insightful questions. * Sensitivity to storytelling and observation of everyday life. * Interest in working with people and eliciting compelling statements. * Organization, proactivity, and accountability. * Aesthetic eye for video, lighting, composition, and design. * Ethics and care when handling images of children. Preferred qualifications (not mandatory): * Experience in school environments. * Interest in digital marketing and visual storytelling. * Sensitivity to photography, framing, and rhythm. * Experience with internal materials and institutional communication. * Ability to develop content outlines, scripts, and ideas (institutional, everyday, special occasions). * Conduct interviews with staff and oversee recordings (behind-the-scenes, routines, testimonials, projects). * Perform video and photo shoots across units according to plan. * Edit simple videos for social media and internal use (Reels, Shorts, announcements). * Produce graphic materials: posts, carousels, visuals for ClassApp/WhatsApp, signage, and internal communications. * Support internal and institutional communication initiatives. * Organize and maintain the image and audiovisual archive. 2512170202551922292
