We seek professionals who are committed, analytical, and aligned with a modern, results-oriented professional model to join our team. * **Please submit/attach your portfolio for evaluation** **About the Position** We are seeking a **Mid-Level Designer** to work strategically and creatively on developing visual assets that strengthen brand communication and support institutional campaigns. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of social media materials and other digital assets; * Creation of assets for institutional campaigns; * Development of internal communications; * Creation of product presentations; * Support in building and extending the brand’s visual identity; * Active participation in the creative planning of campaigns. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Designer; * Completed undergraduate degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word; * Ability to manage project timelines and deadlines; * Portfolio submission will be evaluated. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva; * Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition; * Use of AI platforms for optimization and continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Video editing and/or motion design knowledge; * Landing page creation; * Newsletter creation.
